    richard wanke should be released. If they wont give him his speedy trial His civil rights are being violated. This is not a speedy trial at all.

    This case seems ready made for a wrongful conviction … Faulty eyewitness accounts … Junk science … Miss use of DNA testimony … It’s all there.
