Illinois is still desperate to sell anything to the Federal government. Fortunately Thomson may end up just reducing the over-crowding of federal prisoners instead of housing Guantanamo detainees and perpetuating the violations of their civil rights. In this situation, it is a good thing that Obama can’t seem to get anything substantial approved by Congress. Quad-City Times article here
