How long does one have to wait for law enforcement to conclude they have made the wrong decision?
Richard has been jailed for over 100 days without any charges being brought against him in this case. He is being held by revoking his bond on a prior case. In order to have ones bond revoked, one has to do something wrong.
Will the police show us some evidence that Richard has done anything wrong to have his bond revoked?
