Three more people have been freed from prison or had cases dismissed, charges reduced or granted new trials as part of a police corruption probe, bringing the total to 30 people whose cases have been affected, a Tulsa World investigation shows.
The cases are related to a federal investigation of police misconduct involving Tulsa police officers and a federal agent, records show.

Five current and former police officers were indicted July 20 in U.S. District Court on various criminal counts. Meanwhile, a former federal agent and former police officer have pleaded guilty in the federal investigation and are cooperating with Duke’s office.
